What is a slot?
A slot is one person connected at the same time. A 32-slot server holds 32 people talking at once; it does not limit how many people know the address or how many channels you can create.
How many slots do I need?
Look at your peak of people online at once, not at the size of the community. A small clan is fine with 32; a community with several teams playing in parallel should start at 100. You can change your slots whenever you want.
How long does it take to be ready?
Minutes. The server is created as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and the address, port and admin key reach you by email and show up in your panel.
How does my community connect?
With the free TeamSpeak 3 client, entering the address and port we send you. Nobody else needs to register with ThorVoice.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. From Billing you reach the payment portal and cancel the subscription. The server stays up until the end of the period you already paid for; there are no penalties and no lock-in.
What happens if I get attacked?
Anti-DDoS protection is always on and filters traffic at the network level before it reaches the server. There is nothing to enable and no need to warn us.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You buy by leaving your email and we then send you a link to create your password and enter the panel. If you already had an account with that email, the server is added to it.
What if I need more than 512 slots?
Above 512 we build a dedicated server sized for you, with pricing and resources agreed case by case. Write to us and we will work it out.
