Terms of service
These conditions govern ordering ThorVoice TeamSpeak 3 servers. By ordering a plan you accept what follows.

What you are ordering
A TeamSpeak 3 server with the slot capacity you choose, hosted on our infrastructure. The service includes Anti-DDoS protection, access to the control panel and the support described on the contact page.
Payments and renewal
Stripe handles the charge. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period — monthly, quarterly or annual — for the same amount, until you cancel it. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the payment portal, with no penalty. The server keeps running until the end of the period already paid for, and there are no partial refunds of an ongoing period.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for illegal activity, to attack third parties or to distribute content that infringes copyright. Such use may lead to suspension of the server with no refund.
Availability
We work to a target of 99.9% monthly availability, not counting maintenance windows announced in advance or causes outside our infrastructure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially, we let you know by email before it takes effect.
