Privacy policy
We keep the minimum needed to run the service and charge for it. Here is what that data is, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.

What data we keep
Your name, your email and the language you chose. For every server you order we keep its name, its capacity and the order and renewal dates.
Payment data
Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number: we only keep the customer identifier Stripe returns, so we can issue invoices and manage the subscription.
What we use it for
To create and maintain your server, charge the subscription, send you the connection details and tell you about anything affecting the service. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
For how long
While your account is open, and afterwards for as long as accounting rules require us to keep the issued invoices.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to access your data, correct it or delete it. Deleting the account from the panel also cancels the servers attached to it.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep your session open, remember the language you chose and the state of the panel. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
